Balance and boundaries are crucial in fighting fatigue. There is no special technique or treatment; however, adequate rest, physical activity, nutritious meals, mental breaks, and appropriate pauses will keep you energized and ensure optimal cognitive functioning. The priority is understanding your body’s requirements. Be mindful, stay active, and most importantly, listen to yourself.
