Fatigue can be challenging. One moment you feel upbeat and the next you feel listless. Fatigue can set in and slow you down working for extended periods, running your home, or simply trying to multitask. You can minimize the decline in energy.

To mitigate this, try stepping away from tech. Step away from the screen, take a few deep breaths, and let your thoughts wander for a few minutes. This will leave you sharper and refreshed.  

Finally, be mindful of your body. It often signals when rest is required. Persistent fatigue means it’s time to slow down. Taking too much on your plate can be tiring, counterproductive and lead to burnout.  

The key is finding balance and knowing when to stop. No magic trick exists, but proper rest, exercise, diet, and breaks maintain energy and focus. The priority is understanding your body’s requirements. Remain attentive, keep busy positively, and always heed your body.
